Moe Yamny is the General Manager of Asmarina eConsulting in Sydney and specialises in advice on proactive, behaviour based content inspection web security. His 19 years IT experience include stints with Pink Elephant and The Savola Group. Mr Yamny also holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and is a member of AISA the Australian Information Security Association.

Checkpoint's Senior Security Architect Aviv Abramovich was Research and Development group manager for Check Point's Smart Defence Services, a service to provide real-time updates and configuration advisories for defences and security policies. During his career at Check Point Mr Abramovich has also worked closely with the development of high end solutions such as Firewall-1 GX providing intelligent security solutions to large enterprise customers. Mr Abramovich has recently relocated to Australia and provides technical support to customers and partners primarily within NSW and ACT region, and offers specialist expertise across the entire ANZ region as required.

Jonathan Read is the product manager for Airscanner Corporation (www.airscanner.com) where he helps develop antivirus and security software for mobile devices. Jonathan has authored and co-authored many white papers and advisories. He is also on the spokesperson for MARA the Mobile Antivirus Researchers Assoc. In his spare time Jonathan likes to do security research for his anti trojan website www.anti-trojan.org

Ed Elliff has worked in IT since 1980, working with Dimension Data as its NSW State Manager and serving in several roles at IBM.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science (Highest Honors) from the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA).

Armagan Cetindas is Systems Engineering Manager, responsible for the Systems Engineering (Pre Sales) team operation for N.S.W. Armagan has been with Symantec for 4 years and specialises in Security and in particular, Intrusion Detection Systems. Prior to joining Symantec, Armagan worked at Enterasys for 5 years (formerly Cabletron), as a Systems Engineer. Specialising in Intrusion Detection Systems, VPNs, Encryption as well as Data Communications.

Paul Ducklin is one of the world's leading virus experts and has given papers and presentations at various industry events including Virus Bulletin, ICSA and AVAR conferences. He has also written several articles on the virus threat and is a respected industry spokesperson. Paul is currently Sophos' Head of Technology for the Asia Pacific.

Craig Allen founded managed services provider Offis Pty Ltd in 1998 after leaving the IBM Olympic team in Sydney. As a managed services provider, Offis is measured on its ability to ensure availability of corporate intellectual property and preserve the security of client sites. That day to day experience of running Offis means he knows security inside and out! Craig lives in Sydney with his wife and two children. In his spare time he works with his wife developing her thriving childhood development programme and is an avid amateur sportsman with interest in wind surfing, squash, tennis, skiing, sailing and horse riding.

Glenn Dickman is director of engineering for the Developer Solutions Group (DSG), at the RSA Security Research Labs in Brisbane. With over seven years experience in the security industry, Mr Dickman's primary responsibility is to drive the continued development of cryptographic tool kits and associated technologies from the RSA Labs servicing RSA Corporate.

Wayne O'Young's role at Check Point Software Technologies sees him focus primarily on the company's Pointsec data security solutions. Wayne is responsible for providing training and technical support to channel partners and handling all technical pre-sale efforts. With 10 years experience within the IT industry, Wayne has been in various technical consulting roles ranging from technical development, solution architecture, technical pre-sale, as well as deployment in his career. Wayne holds a degree in Engineering with honours majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
